Software Professional Services

Spectrum Professional Services Department provides our customers with the products and services they require to maintain an efficient and effective contact center. Our services include providing complete support, administration and customization of the Spectrum Enterprise Software packages to meet your needs. Services such as on-site installation, training, product back ups, yearly software clean-up and support for Spectrum Products. 

Hardware Professional Services

Hardware professional services revolve around customization of the hardware to meet your specific needs such as unique interfaces, custom mounting, cabling wellness check-up (for Spectrum Products only), and site surveys for hardware recommendations.

Project Management

Spectrum also provides project management for business intelligence purchases. Project management, if not done right or at all can cause projects to fall far behind schedule, stretching out installation times, increasing overall costs and lengthening the ROI time. 

Avaya Professional Services

Spectrum provides Professional Services for Avaya products. These services include:

1. Custom Reports – Create real-time and historical screen painter reports remotely.
2. Custom Reports Training- Train on creating the above screen painter reports.  This is done on site and class sizes can be large, provided the client has the equipment for training.
3. CMS Data Migrations- Migrate historical data from an older CMS to a new CMS.
4. CMS Report Verifications- Verify functionality of reports recently migrated from an older machine.
5. CMS Custom interfaces- assist/create/consult on getting CMS data out of the CMS for integration to custom applications.
6. CMS Automated Data Retrieval- automation of providing CMS data to an external source.
7. CMS Printer Install- install printers for operation with UNIX, and or CMS.  (Printers have to be installed differently for CMS then standard Unix.)
8. CMS C-LAN Installation- administration of the CMS to function with a C-LAN card.
