Plasma Screens

A plasma screen is a dynamic attention getting display that can show statistics as graphs, charts or just plain numbers.  Utilizing Spectrum software the plasma screens can also display Power Point presentations, Live Video, a Web Page, or even a video clip of a particular production line.  The advantages of showing real-time information are almost endless.  One word of caution, plasma screens cannot be used in a harsh environment.

1 – 4 Line Wallboards

Spectrum has over 35 different size standard marquees that will display your schedules and alarms that can be seen from as far away as 450'. If your factory floor is a harsh environment our display are also available in a NEMA 12 or NEMA 4 or 4X cabinet.  Contact Spectrum for further details, sizes and communications capabilities available for your factory.

Matrix Wallboards

Your factory is very large and has numerous production schedules that need to be communicated to on the floor.  Trying to do this by paper and keeping everyone aware of the changes is not possible because of the time it takes and everyone losing the schedules.  If this describes your business, then you need to consider using an LED Matrix Wallboard.  These wallboards are up to 16 lines tall with 2" tall characters tricolor to show the true status of the information AND is fully front serviceable in a NEMA type cabinet.

Cell Phones, Pagers and PDAs

Because you are mobile and the plant covers multiple buildings having a fixed display just does not work well for you.  With Spectrum Enterprise software critical schedules, alarms, error messages and announcement messages can be sent directly to your cell phone, pager or PDA in an email text message. Your don't have to "hear" your message, it is printed out as an email and you can read it for real-time updates, or save it for later when you can reply.
