The CCC Server application residing on a PC has built-in wallboard driver software and the data items and formatting available for the Spectrum wallboards will be dependent on this application. Avaya’s IP Office (CCC) requires that you activate the right to use license for the wallboard software. This is licensed in increments of 4 wallboards, which allows you to daisy chain multiple wallboards off a single serial port.
