Blackberry (BB) enterprise server & reporting uses Spectrum NeXorce software. Spectrum's neXorce easily integrates with the Blackberry Enterprise Server to extract email statistics and metrics for use in the call center reporting. NeXorce queries the BES database to capture store data in the neXorce database.

neXorce Enterprise Software is the software engine for Unified Contact Center Reporting. By combining the BES data with other data such as multi channel ACD’s, WFM and ticketing systems, neXorce builds unified reports for the call center.
