Microsoft Outlook with neXorce Enterprise

Spectrum NeXorce software is compatiable with Microsoft Outlook call/contact center reporting and databases. NeXorce integrates with MS Outlook to extract email statistics for call center reporting, quering the Outlook database to capture and store data in the neXorce database.

NeXorce Enterprise Software is the software engine for Unified Contact Center Reporting. By combining the Outlook data with other data such as multi channel ACD’s, WFM and ticketing systems NeXorce builds unified reports for the call center.
