The NEC CCWorX has built-in wallboard driver software available that is compatible with Spectrum Serial LED wallboards. CCWorX MIS 3.04 supports 3XX4 series IP-based wallboards reducing the need for serial connections from the PC. Displaying ACD group/queue statistics on Spectrum Wallboards allows you to present your agents with actionable items so they can make immediate adjustments to the current queue status.
