The NEC Navigator G4.04 has built-in wallboard driver software available that is compatible with Spectrum Ethernet connected LED wallboards and backward compatible with Spectrum serial wallboards. Displaying ACD group/queue statistics on Spectrum Wallboards allows you to present your agents with actionable items so they can make immediate adjustments to the current queue status.
