NEC Navigator (pre-G4.04 release)

The NEC Navigator system (pre G4.04) has built-in wallboard driver software available that is compatible with Spectrum Serial LED wallboards. Displaying ACD group/queue statistics on Spectrum Wallboards allows you to present your agents with actionable items so they can make immediate adjustments to the current queue status.
