NEC Zeacom QMaster

NEC with Zeacom’s QMaster software offers a built-in wallboard driver that is compatible with 1-line serially connected Spectrum LED wallboards (1023C, 3417C, 1512C). Displaying ACD group/queue statistics on Spectrum Wallboards allows you to present your agents with actionable items so they can make immediate adjustments to the current queue status.

Zeacom also offers a plug-in that will create and populate real-time text reports that can be interfaced with Spectrum’s Ultra-Link software. This configuration can be used to display data on larger LED wallboards, desktop clients, plasma/LCD/TV screens, emails alerts, web pages and printed reports.

Compatible Models:

• 1023C 1 line x 20 character, Tri-Color LED wallboard(serial)
• 3417C 1 line x 14 character, Tri-Color LED wallboard(serial)
• 1512C 1 line x 15 character, Tri-Color LED wallboard(serial)

The NEC Zeacom QMaster has built-in wallboard driver software and the data items and formatting available for the LED wallboards will be dependent on this application.
