The Avaya IP Office (CCC Server) has integrated LED wallboard software that is compatible with the 3214C 2-line Spectrum LED wallboards. Displaying call queue statistics on LED wallboards to your contact center presents agents with actionable data items, so they can make adjustments based on current call levels. Avaya’s IP Office (CCC) requires that you activate the right to use license for the wallboard software. This is licensed in increments of 4 wallboards, which allows you to daisy chain multiple wallboards off a single serial port.
