ULS – Ultra-Link Socket Software


ULS is a UNIX daemon that provides a TCP socket connection to the Ultra-Link PC. This socket distributes real-time, historical and integrated data from the CMS to the Ultra-Link Software. With the data in the UL spreadsheet the user may administer the data using formula's to create new data items, set thresholds and create conditional messaging. The ULS Socket connection replaces a real time report, historical report, multiple instances of custom formulas and additional data sources on Ultra-Link.

ULS can also output the data as a character delimited file.

ULS Configuration File:

 Administrator Fields

  • Selectable Split/Skills: Enter any split/skills required
  • Refresh Rate: Minimum of 3 seconds
  • Selectable ACD’s: Multiple instances of ULS may be run on CMS.  Up to five instances of ULS can be run on a CMS. 

License

  • A soft Key license is provided with ULS.
