VClock
Avaya CMS Systems
VClock
VClock is an application that runs as a UNIX daemon on any UNIX system. The application gathers the local system time as well as the time of the ACD's connected to this system. In an Avaya environment
the Spectrum clocks may be connected to the CMS serially or via the network. Time Offset can be implemented for ACD’s that cross over a time zone. The Clock is a large 4” tall LED clock that is visible from up
to 200 feet aways.
Major Features
- Selectable ACD: Any ACD connected to the CMS
- Time Offset: Adjusts for time zones
- Refresh Rate: Updates the time on the clocks
Licensing
