Avaya BCMS Vu (BCMR) LED Wallboards

The Avaya BCMS Vu (BCMR) has integrated LED wallboard software that is compatible with four different Spectrum LED wallboards. Displaying call queue statistics on LED wallboards to your contact center presents agents with actionable data items, so they can make adjustments based on current call levels. The BCMS Vu application has built-in wallboard driver software and the data items and formatting available for the LED wallboards will be dependent on this application.
