NeXorce is powerful Call Center software that captures data from the Cisco UCC Express server and other data sources. The data is converted into information for the agents, team leaders and managers to be displayed on LCD Screens, web based reports, LED wallboards, Desktop Clients, Emails (including PDAs, Cell Phones, Pagers) and Printed Reports. NeXorce gives mobility back to the supervisor so they can assist agents, attend meetings and still be aware of the status of the call center.
