NEC Aspire/Nitsuko Indepth+

NEC Aspire’s Indepth/Indepth+ software has built-in wallboard driver software that is compatible with three specific Spectrum LED wallboards (3214C, 1023C, 1512C). Displaying ACD group/queue statistics on Spectrum Wallboards allows you to present your agents with actionable items so they can make immediate adjustments to the current queue status.

NEC Aspire w/Indepth/Indepth+

Compatible Models:
  • 3214C 2 line x 20 character, Tri-Color LED wallboard(serial)
  • 1023C 1 line x 20 character, Tri-Color LED wallboard(serial)
  • 1512C 1 line x 15 character, Tri-Color LED wallboard(serial)

The data items and formatting available for the LED wallboards will be dependent on the NEC wallboard application. The diagram above is an estimation of the features supported. For the latest information please contact your telecom vendor or refer to the wallboard driver portion of your User’s Manual. 

NEC Aspire Indepth/Indepth+

Over 300 data items can be viewed from your Indepth/Indepth+ software, including the following:

Indepth/Indepth+ supports one and two line Spectrum wallboards.  The software that supports the wallboards is included with the Indepth/Indepth+ software. The software will support up to 128 wallboards.  Thresholds can be set which will cause the wallboards to display information in different colors and sound an audible alert.  Text messages can be sent to the wallboard on a periodic basis or as a one-time priority message.
