The following data items can be viewed from your Cinphony or Prelude ACD Wallboard Add-On software.

Call in queue for the longest time
Average time it took agents to answer calls (or Total calls answered by agents)
Average time it took callers to abandon calls (or Total calls abandoned by callers)

The Cinphony or Prelude supports the Spectrum 3214R and 3024R
two-line wallboards. These models will display in red only and if multiple wallboards are used they need to be the same model.
