Panasonic ACD Viewer

Panasonic’s ACD Viewer software has built-in wallboard driver software that is compatible with five specific Spectrum LED wallboards (1033C, 1023C, 3417C, 1512C, 1512R). Displaying ACD group/queue statistics on Spectrum Wallboards allows you to present your agents with actionable items so they can make immediate adjustments to the current queue status. The Panasonic ACD Viewer has built-in wallboard driver software and the data items and formatting available for the LED wallboards will be dependent on this application. ACD Viewer supports Spectrum single line wallboards.  The software that supports the wallboards is included with ACD Viewer software.  The software will support up to 128 wallboards.  Thresholds can be set which will cause the wallboards to display information in different colors and sound an audible alert.  Text messages can be sent to the wallboard on a periodic basis or as a one-time priority message.
