These items can be shown for each Queue or Queue Group.

CyberACD supports all Spectrum wallboard models. The software will support up to 128 wallboards.  Thresholds can be set which will cause the wallboards to display information in different colors and sound an audible alert.  Text messages can be sent to the wallboard on a periodic basis or as a one-time priority message.
