The ShoreTel Contact Center and Enterprise Contact Center have built
in wallboard driver software that is part of the EasyRun offering. This integrated wallboard software is compatible with most Spectrum 1-Line and 2-Line serially connected LED wallboards including the 3214C, 3614C, 3024C, 3424C.

The EasyRun application has built-in wallboard driver software and the data items and formatting available for the LED wallboards will be dependent on this application.
