LED Readerboards

 

Call Center Wallboards or Readerboards are a traditional method of communicating text only information to a business. These boards
remain the single most cost effective and efficient method of bringing real time information and messaging to the business. They are reliable with an average life of over 15 years. They also will display more information that can be seen at a distance than any other device available today. With new technology advances these boards can be connected to the network, communicated to wirelessly, or a combination of both network and wireless, and are available in almost any size your business might require.

Call Center Applications

Single Line LED Wallboards:  These are for smaller Contact Centers with up to 15 agents, display up to 4 statistics on the board at one time, and scroll through up to 2-3 groups on the board.

Two Line LED Wallboards:  These are for small to medium size Contact Centers, display up to 8 statistics on the board at one time, and scroll through up to 4-6 groups on the board.

Three/Four Line LED Wallboards:  These are for medium to large Contact Centers, display up to 16 statistics on the board at one time, and scroll through up to 4-6 groups on the board.

Four/Five Line LED Wallboards:  These are for large to Enterprise  Contact Centers, display up to 20 statistics on the board at one time, and scroll through up to 4-6 groups on the board.
