Smart Phones and Email
Remote contact and management mobility is truly an important feature for today's contact center manager. Utilizing Spectrum's Email Client a manager may stay in touch with the call center by receiving key metrics information as a web report or as an email alert.
A web report view displays all key information, by design, and is sent to your smart phone.
Managers may also receive an email to their traditional email account or it can be sent out to the mobile device with the subject line alerting them to the KPI data that is in threshold.
