XorceView Desktop Client

XorceView™ is a screen-pop application that delivers data directly to any desktop on your network using text, graphs, gauges or charts.  The most typical use of the XorceView application is to display agent real time statistics to the agents and team leaders.  Agent status information and skill group data are two of the more vital sets of statistics that agents and team leaders need on their desktops.

Remote Agents and Work-At-Home Agents

XorceView does not require any special software or hardware so work-at-home agents can utilize this tool as well.  These agents will feel like part of the team and will be much more effective and efficient with XorceView on their desktop.
