neXorce is set up to capture data from multiple call center applications and stores the collected data in its own database.
neXorce Enterprise Software is the software engine for Unified Contact Center Reporting. Data that was previously held in silos is now stored in a single database and can be worked to create usable information for the call center.
Some examples:
- ACD information from separate platforms can be combined together to provide a single summary report;
- Data from disparate sources such WFM and CRM can be combined together into a report;
